Terms and conditions

These terms apply to this website and to every quotation, order and supply made by MJS India Equipments Pvt. Ltd. ("MJS", "we", "us"), located at 134-B, Anand Industrial Estate, Grand Trunk Road, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201007, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website

This website gives information about our products and services and lets you send us an enquiry. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

2. Products and specifications

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and illustrations are for guidance only. Models, capacities, pressures, dimensions and finishes may change with the manufacturer's updates, and the specification written in your quotation or order confirmation is the one that applies.

3. Enquiries and quotations

1. An enquiry is a request for a price. It is not an order and does not bind either party.
2. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
3. Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices exclude GST, freight, packing, unloading and installation.
4. Prices and availability can change when the manufacturer changes them, and we may revise a quotation that has expired.

4. Orders and payment

1. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, by email, WhatsApp or an order confirmation.
2. We may ask for an advance payment before we place or release an order. The payment terms in the quotation apply.
3. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We may charge interest on overdue amounts and may hold further supply until they are paid.
4. Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. They depend on stock, the manufacturer and transport, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Please inspect the goods when they arrive and tell us about any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours, and note it on the transport receipt where possible.

6. Installation and site readiness

Where installation is part of the order, you agree to provide safe access to the site, a suitable power supply, a level foundation and any permits needed. Extra work caused by site conditions that were not disclosed to us may be charged separately.

7. Warranty

Goods carry the warranty given by their manufacturer, on the terms of that warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wrong installation by others, lack of servicing, use outside the rated pressure or temperature, or normal wear of consumable parts such as filters, belts and oil. Warranty claims must be made in writing with the invoice number.

8. Returns and cancellations

Goods that are standard stock, unused and in original packing may be returned only with our written agreement, and a handling charge may apply. Goods made, ordered or imported to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is confirmed.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the price you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Your information

When you send an enquiry, we use the details you give us (such as your name, phone number, email and requirement) to reply to you, prepare quotations and provide service. We do not sell your details. Enquiries sent through WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own policies.

11. Intellectual property

The content, layout and logo on this website belong to MJS India Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Brand names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products concerned.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
